Why Meditation?
There are many benefits to meditation. The petals of awareness are what I am calling my Six Degrees of Meditation. A meditation practice heightens your awareness and connections to everything. My Six Degrees are my life lessons, my reminders of what is important and why I need to keep coming back to my practice. They are my anchors and my support structure.

How?
Meditation sessions can be done individual or as a group over the phone, virtually or in person.
Silent Retreats: Retreats can be offered from one day to five day sessions and can focus on specific topics like leadership, forgiveness and or meditation in general
